Many of us at Elite are friends, we work together, no-one works for anyone and everyone has free reign over when they work, who they see, and whether they’re comfortable staying in the job!
One remarkable fact about Elite, is back in 2009, Amy brought all her experience of the world, to launch Elite an agency that stands against exploitation and men controlling women!!
Factually the only agency existing in Manchester run by someone with experience in the industry, who pays tax, and stands by ethos and Moto in everyday!!
Women have a right, regardless of whether a transaction may be in place, NO woman deserves to be treated rudely, no woman deserves to be treated like they are simply a commodity, every woman is a human being in their own right, and has their own natural beauty in every way!
We keep our team small, and this is for a reason, people matter, people are NOT just a number or an alias, so being able to keep a small team of women who get on well with each other is key!!
Fact – we ask all clients to not pressure our ladies into recreational habits such as drink etc, safety is paramount, so we are sure ladies will enjoy time with you, this is their own choice.
Fact – we do NOT unlike other places, ask our ladies to sit in shared cars till the early hours of the morning, we do not stay open until the early hours, as sleep and health are paramount in this industry and so is hygiene and standards, ensuring ladies can go home between bookings to feel refreshed and comfortable in their own skin is key.
There is a misconception in this industry, but we are here to continue breaking the mould. We pay the highest rates in Manchester, our fees may have increased in 14 years, but our agency reception fee remains the same, its the ladies who earn more, and we believe they should.
Many of our competitors are owned by Men, and this is unfair, as women are being told what to do, and who they HAVE to see! We ask all clients to ensure if using other agencies that you ensure from a human point of view the lady is safe and not being made to feel uncomfortable.
We also ask clients not to make the Elite ladies uncomfortable by asking for numbers and socials, ladies have various reasons to use a receptionist our team are strong minded enough to make that choice, whilst there may be visions of business owners sitting abroad in villas (yes that’s true with some great companies), for Elite our owner works full time as well as runs Elite, so its not about the money at all, the industry has changed, and as a hard working single parent, we ask clients to be mindful that our hours can slightly alter daily due to other work commitments
We ask all clients to be kind and considerate to our ladies at all times, when you are respectful to a lady in this industry you will always get the best from her.. and that is key!!
As you will see we do not represent everyone at Elite, and only take ladies on our board that we feel will enjoy and bring out the best in theirselves and clients, many women move into this industry for the wrong reasons, and its important to safe guard Mental Health at all times.
